The fate of Shetlands knitting program in schools is being questioned.
The Shetland Islands Council are making a decision next Thursday as to
whether or not to continue teaching knitting in primary schools.
Knitting is such a huge part of Shetlands rich textile heritage it
would be really disappointing.
